Return & Exchange Basics
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Books & Videos: Once opened or accessed, these cannot be returned
- Clearance Items: All clearance flies and fly fishing gear are final sale
- Any items that have been used, tied, or altered from their original condition
The Return & Exchange Process

2 Complete the Return Form

3 Package and Ship
Securely package your items with the completed return form and ship to:

4 Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange:
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to process back to your PayPal account
What’s Refunded
We’ll refund the purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.
International Returns
As we serve anglers worldwide (with limited exceptions in some Asian countries and remote regions), international returns follow the same process outlined above. Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be processed in US dollars
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
